The above spreadsheet contains all recognized forms as well as the Basic 1 and 2 currently used at my school. Please feel free to distribute, rename techniques, reformat charts, etc. as you please.
This was done partially out of my own personal interest in this kind of thing and partially to make an easy reference material for people who are sharpening (not learning) a form. The charts are not intended to show anyone how to do anything.
Things have been named, counted, classified and spelled to the best of my ability but there will be mistakes here and there as well as things you may disagree with. There are also conflicting names and counts for things depending on the source.
As far as the charts go, the alternating colour scheme is intended to show that “these are the moves you do on the count shown in the left most column”, so row/count 1 will be white, row/count 2 will be blue, if there are two or more things done they are labled 1a, 1b, etc.
